For our Picture of the Month July 2009, we have come across this beautifully coloured nudiebranch. Nudibranch, which comes from the Latin nudus, naked, and the Greek brankhia, gills, is a soft-bodied, shell-less organisam commonly known as sea slug. They often display striking colours and mastery of disguise.

If you have pictures like these on your underwater camera, upload them to your member profile, and yours might be the next picture featured here!
